PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
(The main reason for the position, in what context and what is the overall end result)

? Responsible for carrying out portfolio/ financial modelling for the US and China funds to be launched and also for new fund initiatives
? Responsible for preparation of Information and Investment Memorandums, Reports for investors and minutes of meetings
? Responsible for maintaining good Investor relationships including organizing site visits and investment committee/ investor meetings
? Conduct market research and monitor developments in the fund management industry
? Assist with fund budgeting
? Assist in completion of real estate acquisitions (due diligence, investment proposals and documentation)
? Work with Finance Team on debt and equity raising exercises
? Assist in analysing performance at properties level as well as at portfolio level using financialmodels
? Any other duties that the General Managermay assign

RESPONSIBILITIES
(Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position including the typical problems encountered in carrying out the responsibilities)

1. Support
Main Activities:
？ Launching of new funds
？ Management and investor reporting and preparation of Investment and Information Memorandums
？ Investment processes and financial modelling

2. Report
Main Activities:
？ Investor Quarterly and Annual Reports
？ Management reporting
？ Collation of regular market reports
？ Attend and organize meetings (including Investment Committee meetings), take meeting minutes and follow up after the meeting
？ Investor diary and investor database maintenance

3. Communication
Main Activities:
？ Coordinate meetings (both internal and external)
？ Collation of information by working with Asset Management and Finance team

4. Relation
Main Activities:
？ Managing/Tracking relations with Consultants and vendors
？ Assisting in coordinating activities involving investors

5. Other duties
Main Activities:
？ Assist with fund managementand acquisition activities
？ Assist with fund budgeting

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education

? Candidates should have Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Investment or relevant discipline,preferably with MBA/CFA
? preferably from a university in New York


Job related experience

? Minimum 3years of relevant real estate investment/ fund management experience
? Work experience in New York preferred

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
？ Knowledge of Finance and Real Estate
？ Working knowledge of computers and PC software

The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
？ Organizes and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
？ Analytical, resourceful, able to handle mass data and handy with Microsoft office tools
