岗位职责：

-根据要求处理各种后期素材，包括视频、音频以及特效，能独立完成影视后期剪辑和特效制作工作。

任职条件

-专科及以上学历，影视动画，视觉艺术，影视广告，新媒体等相关专业大二、大三在校生；

-有宣传片、专题片、纪录片、后期剪辑、特效包装等制作经历，能独立完成过完整项目剪辑优先考虑；

-能熟练使用Final cut、PR、Edius、Fusion、Vegas等剪辑软件，After Effects、3D Max、MAYA、Photoshop等合成软件及三维软件；

-了解从前期拍摄到后期合成的工作流程，对影视后期特效有独到见解和控制能力；

-通晓镜头语言及各类特效的实现手法，有良好的镜头组织能力，对于音乐和影片节奏有优秀的把控能力。
