Job Responsibilities

Country Project Execution full responsibility:
Leads and/or assists the project teams with implementations, design, functional specifications, issue tracking and trending analysis, leading support teams, trouble-shooting production and support question
Project Coordination with Global Solutions Team:
Support global automation solutions team on solutions projects with evaluations, cost saving initiatives, estimates, budget tracking, purchase order management, designs, implementations plans, delivery / deployment for project software/systems/hardware/equipment and project close out. Contribute to the standardization of the Global Project Execution processes
Resources management and share:
Keeps all project and management personnel updated in a timely manner with accurate project, budget and task information.
Create an inclusive and supportive environment for personnel within the team and encourage positive
and proactive communication with whole Solutions team.
Maintain effective processes, procedures and tools exist in the team to optimize team’s performance.

Basic Qualifications

At least 8 years work experience as a relevant role such as Project Manager, Services Manager,
Engineering Manager or Operations Manager, familiarity with the Automation industry;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate and modify conveyor software/hardware, business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions;
Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and associated tool usage;
Good interpersonal skills; effective team player;
Demonstrated strong issue resolution, analytical and problem solving skills;
Strong decision making skills;
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels within the organization ;
Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines;
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail;
Fluent English, both in written and oral;
Bachelor degree, major in Industrial Automation, Electronic or Engineering.
