1-会计专业，CPA,MBA更好
2-3-5年在四大或者大型跨国企业的税务经验
3-在各种交易中，能够提供增值税，营业税以及所得税等税务意见；
4- 管理各工厂的税务申报，汇算清缴以及其他当地税务局所要求的税务报表，在各类税务问题中协助当地财务经理；
5-和当地的税务官员保持良好关系，包括应对各项税务审计，任何问题以及协商解决；
6-清楚各工厂的关联交易，转移定价政策以及同期资料的准备；
7-协助各当地工厂财务经理去管理税务政策的执行，税务计划，和执行程序等等；
8-和外部税务师共同管理，提供税务建议，控制税务成本来确保税务工作的持续进行；


1-Degree in Accounting, CPA or Chartered Accountant, MBA is preferred.
2- Over 3-5 years of tax experience preferably within a Big 4 accounting firm as well as a corporate environment of MNC in China.
3-Oversee and provide VAT, business tax and income tax advice in on a variety of transactions and contracts.
4-Monitor each plant's tax return, filling and reconciliation, or other key reporting required by local tax bureau, assist the legal entity plant controller on tax compliance, related issues.
5-Maintain the sound strategic relationship with local government tax heads and officials, including getting involved and managing any tax audits or queries from local tax bureau, discussion with tax officers, and negotiation of settlements.
6-Oversee transfer pricing and intercompany relationships in each legal entity including method, appropriate agreements and transfer pricing contemporary documentation required by local tax bureau.
6-Work with the plant controller to manage the implementation, administration of tax planning, strategies, policies and procedures.
7-Liaise with external tax partners to manage overall tax advice and costs to ensure the smooth tax operation.
