Four Main Responsibilities:

40%	Manage and processing the account opening, check signer changes, Letter of instruction changes,
20%	Handle the trading company's cash pooling structure, processing the journals at the end of month
20%	Manage the USD account, ICB Payments review and all FX revaluation at closing,
20%	Handle all the payments of GZ Plant

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

1. Handle the trading company's cash pooling structure, processing the journals at the end of month,

2. Manage the USD account and all FX revaluation at closing,

3. Manage and processing the account opening, check signer changes, Letter of instruction changes,

4. Recording and processing the commercial bank draft,

5. Do the bank's annual check for all our trading company and GZ plant

6. Handle all the payments of GZ Plant,

7. Monthly review the rejection payments and outstanding payments of trading company

8. Assist treasury supervisor to do the cash forecast each month

9. Keep fund liquidity and manage the cash position, do the related fund transfer

10. Review the intercompany payments and payment terms.

11. Provide input to or participate in various projects and will perform other duties as requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

Industry experiences:

Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience.

Position experiences:

Minimum 2 year of experience in an accounting, treasury or finance environment.

Language Skills;

Fluent wording in English

Computer Skills:

Good spreadsheet and database skills.

Mobility:

Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines

Other Special requirement:

SAP knowledge desirable
