职位描述
Training & Development
Developing training and development strategies to meet company business objectives;
Development and implementation of the internal training policies and procedures to ensure effective Training program management;
Responsible for training planning, sourcing, implementation and effectiveness evaluation to meet area business growth and people development needs;
Preparing and monitoring of training budgets, resources allocation and schedules;
To provide timely and relevant reports and analysis of training effectiveness for managers as required;
Talent Management
Develop effective processes and toolkits to identify internal talents and manage talent pool to support company strategy. (e.g. Key Talent/HPP Program) ;
Design development programs for identified group talents, especially implement management training program;
Design and implement assessment center for selection of critical positions;
ER
ER program to ensure accurate compliance;
- Enhance internal communication effectiveness through program design and execution. (E.g. Management Dialogue, Performance Review; Employee Satisfaction Survey and etc.);
- Support ER & C&B responsible to take over the issue and project for all sales market;
- Assist to promote company culture; values and branding.
