工作职责：
1. Carry out machine, fixture and process design, qualification and validation
2. Develop, review and update SOP, PFMEA, flow chart and process card;
3. Work with R&D, purchase, logistic, maintenance, quality department to conduct problem diagnosis and solving to reduce scrap and downtime;
4. Initiate and lead improvements on Critical process parameters and address areas for improvements on related process, procedure, fixture and equipment.
5. Maintain manufacturing BOM according to engineering BOM in MFG system
6. Leads the execution of the FTA / PDCA for customer complaints, making sure root causes are found, countermeasures are defined and effectively implemented
7. Provide training for operators;
8. Strive for continuous improvement and Health, safety & environment.
9. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Engineering Manager

职位要求：
1. Above 5 years' experience in electronics product manufacturing with similar position. Security hardware industry experience preferred;
2. Experience in process improvement and problem solving;
3. High analytical thinking ability;
4. Good at computer skills, CAD plus;
5. Team work spirit and good at communication;
6. Can work independently;
7. Experience in Quality System (ISO 9000, ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001)
