-优化人力资源规划流程，拟定各类相关文件及管理表格；
-汇总分析人力资源数据，协助建立人力资源管理模型，为决策提供依据及解决方案；
-负责公司组织结构图、职位说明书等日常维护更新，满足职位管理要求。

任职要求：
-本科学历，3年以上人力资源相关工作经验；
-有较强的人力资源制度、方案起草编撰能力；
-逻辑思维、归纳分析能力突出；
-执行力强，有大型企业人力资源规划工作经验者优先；
-能承受工作压力。
