Objectives:

• To ensure delivery of BASF global Occupational Medicine & Health Protection requirements and synergy internal resource for shanghai site

 

Main Task:

• Ensure BASF sites in Shanghai Occupational Health legal compliance and corporate conformance




• Provide occupational service in Shanghai sites, including running health surveillance programs, issuing FTW certificate, case and disability management, return-to-work evaluation, consultancy etc.Actively work with site Environment Health Safety teams to participate joint site inspection, Environment Health Safety committee meeting, reporting of all kind of injuries, work related injury review, Occupational Health investigation, Occupational Health related procedures, government inspection etc. from medical and occupational health professional standpoint




• Provide pre-hospital care including antidote provision if indicated before external medical resource available in sites, lead medical emergency response activities




• Provide other medical related functions, such as sick leave approval, women care, etc.




• Responsible for medical record archiving, and implement medical data protection policy




• Provide first aid training, and lead medical drill planning and performance review 




• Develop and implement health promotion programs, e.g. vaccination, travel health, skincare, health campaign, newsletter and upon business demand etc.




• Compose medical reports of all kinds, e.g. monthly clinic report, annual report, injury report etc.; liaise with local health organization or authorities 




• Support site admin to provide kitchen and canteen Occupational Health inspection regularly; other miscellaneous issues as assigned

Requirement:

• Medical diploma
  


• At least 5 years working experience in the public hospital or clinic; 5 years working experience of health service or occupational medicine; valid doctor license


• Good computer skills; good interpersonal communication skills with strong team spirit


• Familiar with requirement of labor law, code of occupational disease prevention
