职位描述
1. MISSION:
Help channel information from CS Palau to TCI and vice versa in order to achieve an excellent quality of customer service for both online and offline customers.
2. FUNCTIONS TO BE REALISED:
a. Quality control of TCI's service according to the agreed upon KPIs (analysis of metrics provided by Taobao, analysis of reports provided by TCI, mystery calls, weekly visits to TCI, feedback from stores, possible customer satisfaction survey, etc.)
b. Organisation and delivery of training to TCI agents
c. Resolution of TCI team's day-to-day questions
d. Organisation of regular meetings (in-person or by telephone) between the CS team in Palau and TCI
e. Monitoring of the implementation of new CS projects at TCI (e.g. Webchat)
f. Supervision of TCI's replies on Social Media
3. EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years in a similar position, preferably as a supervisor/coordinator/QA (quality assessment) in a contact centre.
4. LANGUAGES: Chinese and fluent English
