Job Title: HR Officer
Basic work location: Shanghai
Reports to: Senior Manager, HR & Administration
Subordinates: None
Key Responsibilities
? Assist in drafting, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures related to employee compensation and benefit
? Assist in the daily HR operations and activities of the home and project site offices
? Manage employee mandatory and supplementary benefits and provide reports on a regular basis from Oracle HR or offline data source and assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecast exercises
? Manage employee project assignment compensation package adjustment and coordinate with Payroll in Finance
? Liaison with FESCO, CIIC and SFSC with regard to employee benefits payment and queries
? Maintain external relationships with relevant government agencies for updated information on regulations concerning employee compensation and benefits;
? Compile and maintain up to date personnel records of all China staff in Oracle HR
? Assist the recruitment process such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
? Coordinate training activities and maintain training register in Oracle HR and provide report on regular basis or upon request
? Prepare HR forms, answer routine queries and maintain HR files both in Oracle HR and offline data source
? Deliver Oracle HR end user training and coordinate with IT helpdesk
? Other duties as assigned from time to time
Basic Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or above
? Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration; HRIS experience is a plus
? Experience in an international company
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Good English language skills
? Computer skills including spreadsheet, PowerPoint and Word processing
? High level of integrity and confidentiality
? Proactive, open minded, initiative, high people sensitivity
? Well-organized, able to maintain high level of accuracy and attentive to details
? Self-motivated, service-oriented and good team player
