Purpose of the position

This position will take daily normal job as like AR, AP, casher, document filling as per accounting peak requirement, after 1-3 months, the position will handle dedicated one finance function.

Key Tasks

• Petty cash/ cheque collection and related daily report
• Fill in bank deposit receipt (进帐单) and SAP booking
• Rejected cheque pushing
• VAT invoice filling and sort, verify in payment system
• Or AR cash allocation
• Or Bank slit filling
• Or COD customer dunning letter and collection
• Perform others per manager requirement

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills with vendors/customers
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees. Along with working with external vendors/customer.
• Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment including responding to frequent demands of multiple customer (internal and external)
• Ability to meet attendance standards and work additional hours when necessary.
• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.

Educational background / Work experience

• At least 1-2 year working experience in accounting
• Bachelor degree major in Accounting or Finance

Language skills

• Good communication skills in English & Chinese (both verbal and written) required.
