Purpose of the position

This position should in charge of all PRC PA companies accounting issue, which include audit, reporting.

Key Tasks

· In charge of audit issue to make sure no any big mistake from accounting side

· Review TB and daily booking to avoid any big impact in PL

· Monitor prepay, deposit, down payment to reduce it as less as possible

· In charge of all non-trade contract filling and review, to make sure non-trade cost reduce to meet the target

· Form ware monitor and control

· PRC reporting and expense analysis

· Month end/year end closing monitor and control

· Chart of account and cost cent setup against with corporate guideline

· Accounting documents filling and team manage

· Performs other duties as requested.

Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working

• Good theoretical & practical accounting knowledge
• Good Microsoft Window knowledge
• Experience with an integrated accounting Software desirable

Educational background / Work experience

• At least 5 years working experience in accounting, 2-3 years in general ledger
• Bachelor degree major in Accounting or Finance
• Prefer to have Medium Level Accountant
• Has team leader experience

Language skills

· English writing and reading

· Attend English meeting and discussion

Computer Literacy

• Good MS knowledge
• SAP
