Job Description:
- Leading role for process set-up, implementation and optimization which not limited on FSCC internal process but also all Finance related process;
- Leading role for project set-up and implementation optimization which not limited on FSCC scope but all Finance related project;
- Implement FSCC learning & internal training system which able to support employee development and also support FSCC as talent pool for Financial Community;
- Improve FSCC performance monitor system and operation review process;
- Help FSCC operation team deliver outstanding result by the effect from process, project, learning system and KPI;
- All other task as and when required;
Job Requirement:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or other related majors.
- 2~3 years working experiences in corporate finance / internal control or audit.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Experienced in corporate / business process improvement is a plus.
