Position responsibilities
The APA B Carline Program Management Supervisor will work with the B Segment Chief to manage/co-ordinate the B Vehicle Line Business to support the execution of Current Model, Future Model and BU product programs for the APA markets. Key responsibilities include:
? Lead the Vehicle Line Business Team meeting function and process.
? Develop and coordinate the delivery of the B car APA scorecard including managing the governance/management briefing.
? Manage B car gateway conformance and look-ahead.
? Track B car APA Program health chart.
? Lead Resource planning for B car-Define Programs Office headcount & resource needs to support annual budget process and program delivery. Ensure consistency with Programs Office TMM and succession planning.
? Develop and ensure the delivery of financial targets for B Vehicle Line
? Program/Engineering benchmarking studies- Resources/Cost/Quality.
? Ensure common and robust processes are employed on B Car programs and where possible consistent with APA and global guidelines (eg. Data management, meeting cadence, change management).
? Global CBP interface for APA B Car programs.
? Interface with APA as required-processes, meeting cadence etc.
? Working with product planning and incorporate lessons learned from prior programs.
Qualifications Hold the control key to add multiple qualifications: Bachelor
No. of years of experience: Above 8 years
Preferred previous experience:
Program Management & Engineering
Area of professional exposure (technical skills):Auto & Engineering Project Management
Functional skills:
? Previous direct responsibility and proven experience in:
Engineering, Launch, Program Management, Planning and/or Marketing roles.
? Experience in developing markets-ideally AP&A markets.
? A solid understanding of GPDS disciplines.
? Business acumen- market equation development, business case analysis, resource planning.
Behavioural skills:
High energy, self-starter, deliver results with minimal supervision. Communicate confidently with senior management. Ability to work within a very diverse (culturally and functionally) environment. High integrity, excellent communication skills
Job specific skills:
technical engineering (auto or related) experience, project management, financial/business management.
