职位描述
Purpose of the position
Responsible for securing new business from pre-defined SKAs and ATAs within the industry vertical and in line with corporate guidelines
Provide input and support to the tender management team for handling of request for information (RFI) and request for quotation (RFQ) (sponsorship)
Acquire market intelligence within the assigned Industry Vertical for internal best practice sharing
Key Tasks
Establish, maintain and develop profitable business relationships with SKAs and ATAs to achieve targeted sales growth at a rate and profit margin consistent with the group targets
Participate in the tender management process as the sponsor by providing account, industry and market intelligence to support the solution, pricing and service offerings
Scans the industry vertical market for potential new SKAs
Informs the Area Head of Chemical about industry vertical developments
Maintain CRM in line with global/regional standards
In responsible for the customer SOP
Develops and enhances industry vertical expertise, including supply chain management
Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
In-depth industry vertical knowledge "Chemical"
Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM ...
Understanding of PA strategy and products
Knowledge about markets and competitors
Knowledge about trends and challenges for the industry
Understanding of business principles and language, incl. the fundamentals of finance and profitability
Business administration competence
Sales and negotiation skills
Project Management skills
Overall understanding of business processes and interdependencies
Knowledge of process steering instruments
Knowledge of business processes
Knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics
Good understanding of processes and SSC concepts
International experience / work experience abroad
International mobility
Willingness to travel

Proactive self-starter, able to work in a matrix structure in support of the country organizations
International mindset
Educational background & work experience
Higher educational level (business administration, economics, logistics)
Working experience (minimum 10 years)
Industry experience (minimum 5 years)
Marketing & Sales experience (minimum 5 years)
Language skills
Fluent in English and preferably other languages
