Major Accountabilities

? NBS Business Planning and Analysis
？ Consolidate GCR NBS total cost reports
？ Monthly monitor NBS costs and prepare performance reports to management
？ Prepare and submit NBS budget/LF and manage NBS cost center
？ Setup methodology of NBS cost allocation and expense tracking
？ Support divisional BPA on NBS analysis

? Prepare EBIT of each China legal entity by segment/BU
？ Prepare EBIT of YTD actual and latest rolling forecast of BNP, SNT and SDZ China monthly and other China legal entity quarterly
？ Evaluate EBIT impact from TP change to keep BNP profit in proper level.
？ Monitor FOC from SNT to SDZ China to keep profit of SDZ China in proper level
？ Review allocation cycle between BNP and SNT
？ Evaluate inventory impact on SNT profit

? Transfer Price and Gross Margin Tracking
？ TP set for new product
？ Support NDRC cost survey and other issues related with price structure and product margin
？ Prepare profitability and product margin part for CCFO meeting presentation
？ Support clinical trial sample pricing

? Other corporate related analysis and projects
？ Project Jade support
？ TPD support
？ Ad hoc analysis and support



Requirements

? >5 years working experience in accounting or business analysis
? Fluent English both in oral and written
? With good communication skill
? Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc
? Advanced teamwork and good communication skills
