# Employee is responsible for： Process orders from distributors, coordinate closely with factories and distributors for shipping schedule and docs to ensure on time delivery and smooth custom clearance,co-operate with distributors for goods delivery update.Will be the main communication channel between Sales Department/distributors and the Manufacturing Divisions in Thailand and Philippines.

# Employee reports to ： Supply Chain Manager.

# Employee works cooperatively with following staff members：Sales and Marketing, Distributors, Regional Business Support and Manufacturing Divisions.

# Competency required：

o Knowledge ： Excellent English skills(Oral and Written), Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, basic Knowledge in supply chain and retail business ;

o Skills and Ability ：Initiative, Enthusiasm for work, Good communication skills, Excellent English skills(Oral and Written) , team spirit .

# Employee should have practical work experience in the following： Customer service.
