职位描述：
1、负责甲级写字楼/办公楼的运营管理；
2、制定项目年度物业管理方案，管理日常物业的服务品质、操作管理流程及财务运行情况；
3、负责监督项目设施设备的验收及维修；
4、对下属员工进行日常监督管理，保持良好沟通，以提高工作质量；
5、负责协调和管理环境、绿化、保安等相关工作；
6、负责处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度；
7、妥善处理一切紧急及突发事件。

岗位要求：
1、熟悉物业服务内容及流程（环境绿化、保安保洁、二次装修消防等）；
2、五年以上办公楼/写字楼工作经验；
3、形象俱佳为先，大专以上；
4、英语口语良好优先：
5、持有全国物业经理上岗证或其他相关物业岗位证书。
