岗位职责：

1、主动开发新客户，提供客户专业招聘解决方案及服务项目；

2、深度了解客户需求、挖掘销售机会，推动客户成交，完成销售指标；

3、主动维护、巩固客户关系，稳固合作基础，做好产品的二次销售

4、执行公司各项销售政策，积极反馈客户和市场面动态，向公司提出参考意见。

任职要求：

1、大专学历；

2、愿意从事电话销售岗位工作；

3、有1年工作销售经验者优先，对互联网，电子商务，咨询，房地产，餐饮，美容等行业销售了解、熟悉者优先；

4、表达清晰，逻辑强，有良好的沟通及说服能力；

5、积极主动，责任心强，能在高强度下完成销售任务；

6、熟练使用各种办公自动化软件。
