职位描述
Job Purpose
Reach overall business target set by top management, and responsible for setting marketing promotion strategy and plan, coordinate with internal field and plant related functions as well as external resources to collect information and implement marketing promotion plans. Provide tendering support to the front-line sales team. Manage the customer reception team and show room facilities in SJ plant.
Job Responsibility
1. Based on the product strategy and launch plan, set the marketing promotion strategy, plan and budget.
2. Liaise with different functions to get resources and raw materials.
3. Make clear detailed requirement and select supplier for quotations.
4. Monitor and control the design to make sure comply with group VI guideline.
5. Monitoring the producing and ensure the punctual delivery.
6. Manage the customer reception team in SJ plan to provide "five star" reception service to the customers
7. Support on maintaining and improve the decoration, showroom, brochures, promotion materials, etc related to customer visit by work with internal and external functions.
8. Assist on Marketing dept hospitality cases, cooperate with VIP visit projects in marketing department.
9. Establish and maintain Digital media promotion sources, such as website and social media.
10. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
11. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
12. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
13. Other assignments from direct superior.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or higher.
2. More than 8 years related working experience (experience with elevator company will be a plus). Proficient at composing bilingual promotional articles for marketing materials.
3. More than 5 years management experience.
4. Fluent in English reading, speaking and writing.
5. Skilled in computer and Office software.
6. Willing to have challenges in daily business and manage well changes.
7. Trust and honest.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
