Description
This role is to lead the industrial combustion's quality organization, to execute below tasks 1. Quality responsibility definition, make work plan, set objective and organize resource to ensure quality activity implementation 2. Coordinate quality management activities with cross functional team while new product developing, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery and service process 3. Assess quality performance and report to top management. Communicate quality information within organization 4. Quality judgment if needed 5. Drive product quality and operation quality continual improvement 6. Manage quality team, coach and mentor subordinates to elevate working skill 7. Develop quality strategy and work implementation 8. QMS maintain and continual improvement to ensure conformity and effectiveness
Qualifications
1. Excellent in leadership skill
2. Strong communication skill
3. Strategical thinking skill
4. Familiar with quality management knowledge and excellent in quality tools utilization and problem solving approach
5. Familiar with ISO9001 and TS16949 quality management system
6. At least 10 years manufacture quality management experience, familiar with quality function work content and implementation
7. Familiar with combustion product quality control approach and related standard
