KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES：
- Customer support by offering product- and technical solutions
- Provide technical support to commercial team through application oriented offerings
- Follow product complains and find solutions
- Drive product developments and/or product modification according the local market requirements locally
- Take care of our laboratory standards and internal regulations
- Technical follow up of job related samples
- Support customers by application test′s
- Travel within China and to other locations on demand
- Responsible for strategic market development’s in SEI MS 310 and MS 313
from technical point of view, including benchmark, technology transfer, qualifying of necessary
standards for our product solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Major in engineering combined with a good chemical background
- Experience and/or familiar in electronic industry
- Experience in formulation of Silicone Rubbers
- Capability to drive projects in customer and laboratory
- Good Silicone Rubber knowledge (RTV-2, RTV-1)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Capability to build up knowledge and experience in different industries and applications
- Ingenious, professional integrity and good business acumen
