Goals/Mission:

- Technological support and planning of manufacturing and test processes to ensure that the setup of process is in according to Siemens quality system and product introduction plans for medical devices;

Working Partners/Contacts:

- Internal contact: R&D, Quality Process, Project Management, Supplier Management, Source and delivery

- External contact: Business Units, Suppliers

Tasks:

- Conduct feasibility studies on methods and equipment to meet product specification or customer

requirements Coordinating with PLM project teams regarding feasibility in production, ensure that all

relevant know-how has been transferred to SC U.

- Setting up and maintaining validation and verification of production processes, including the creating

of working and testing instruction for SC M

- Support Industry Engineer to maintain up-to-date information into improve process quality in

production with the goal to recognize and then eliminate disturbances in order to optimize and

maintain existing production process

- Planning of incoming inspection, assembly, testing and packing equipment

- Support SM during supplier selection

- Maintaining up-to-date information on planning documents (schedules, milestone plans) in order to

ensure the transparency of project progress for all those involved with the support of IE

- Technical support for service, incoming inspection, assembly testing and packing during the product

life cycle time.

- Sustain and improve existing processes as well as develop prcesses for new products with the support

of IE

- Detect and prevent processing Problems, introduction & application of new development in Process

Engineering

Education:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering

Knowledge/Languages:

- Knowledge about manufacture process and quality system

- Fluent verbal and written English

- CAD, UG skill

Experience:

- Min 2 years working experience in mechanical engineering/process engineer/manufacture engineer is preferred.

- Relevant experience in international company is preferred

- Experience on Lean and project is preferred.
