岗位职责：
1.负责项目的详细设计及编码工作；
2.参与项目技术、需求的讨论，提出合理建议；
3.项目产品的测试与支持；
岗位资格：
1.大专及以上学历，1年以上java开发经验；
2.精通Java，熟练掌握Java网络编程；
3.熟练运用Spring、Hibernate、Struts2框架；
4.熟练掌握SQL语句，熟练使用数据库（Oracle，MySQL）；
5.熟练使用Eclipse、Maven、Ant、SVN等软件开发工具；
6.谁HTML、JavaScript、CSS、Ajax等页面技术。
7.理解能力强，能快速了解并掌握所传达的信息；
8.有良好的沟通、协调能力工作职责：
