Essential Responsibilities
Drive incremental sales by new project financing tools, provide portfolio solution for new problems raised by hospitals and other clients in their new expanding stage;
Lead the new project financing product, be responsible for the life cycle (conception, definition, development, release, execution, and improvement
Understand & translate market needs into clearly defined and detailed product requirements, identify & working with strategic 3rd party financier to design and implement new financing products (NPI) to fuel growth for equipment financing;
Define the project financing, including the conception, solid financing supplier pool, process, key points and others
Team with marketing / marcom, F&L specialists & equipment sales to define, develop, market, sell and deliver the Product and the Product Value proposition in accordance with the NPI Review Process
Working with F&L regional sales manager in all planning process – weekly, monthly
Assist marketing manager to develop appropriate sales tools, marketing programs and preparation for various events
Creation of training materials and providing product and application training to Sales Team and supporting customers
Gather, document and communicate competitor analysis
Maintain industry knowledge, publication, trends, initiatives & Provide regular and detailed communications to F&L & broader team.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of financial experience in the structure financial, preferably in leasing, bank, security background.
Product designing, risk control experience, preferably sales experience.
Strong logical sense, results oriented, proactive and self motivated
Ability to engages in cross-functional activities and collaborates across organizational boundaries. Develops and sustains effective and cooperative working relationships with peers and other internal or external personnel critical to successful performance.
Excellent communication skills
High level of organization and time management skills
Excellent English communication skills in both spoken and written/presentation
Field sales experience is a plus
Bachelor degree or above, master degree majoring in finance / economy is preferred
