Responsibilities:
1.Develop new distributors and end users in assigned area;
2.Help distributors to provide solution to his customers.
3.Make yearly sales budget and monthly forecast, and ensure to achieve or exceed them.
4.Conduct company’s sales policy and strategy to distributors and get the feedback.
5.Responsible for (including but not only) A/R, open order and safety stock, demand forecast and so on.
6.Provide training and technical service to distributors and end users.
7.Handle customers’ enquiry and complaints and other requests.
8.Collecting marketing information, including customers’ demand and competitors’ activities then report to sales manager.
9.Implement applicable HES laws, regulations and HES work instruction
10.Taking effective communication internally and externally.
11.Basing on Qingdao or Shenyang city.
12.Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirement:
1.College education or above, major in engineering or science,2-year or above sales or marketing experience.
2.Good command of computer skill
3.Fluent in English and Mandarin
4.Basing on Guangzhou city alone.
5.Ability of strong self-regulate, self-govern, and self-control is required.
6.Good communication skill.
7.Work independently.
8.Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
9.Good sense to business and market and Must have the ability to analyze complex business situations and make good decisions in accordance with corporation policies and guidelines.
10.2-year or more sales experience in industrial products will be preferred.
