Mission of Function:
- To advance the business goals of the Healthcare sales organization by being responsible for the order and sales income, account penetration, profitable growth and customer satisfaction of the defined accounts within his/her own area of responsibility. He/she has to represent the respective Healthcare modalities and/or services in all sales activities according to the CRM process within his/her own area of responsibility.

- In charge of PLA(People's Liaberation Army) Hospital in overall business, Customer Relationship Management, Strategic Channel Planning, Sales Plan Execution, Sales Administration and Process Management, Personal and Product Education Development
