KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责
?Delivering Customer Training per request of PM/PE, including planning, presenting, discussing and fixing training plan with customers, preparation of Customer Maintenance manual & operation guidance, preparation of training materials, identifying qualified trainer and delivery of training to customer;
?Delivering Partner Training per request of Service Manager, including planning a training together with Service Manager, preparation of training materials, and delivery the training (could be through indentified trainer outside Training Team);
?Supporting other Customer Training (not project scope) RFQ, and delivering the training per request of SVO manager.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 基本技能要求
?Bachelor Degree and major in Railway Signaling, Computer, Electrical and Electronics Automation or Communication Engineering;

?Longer than 5 years working experience in Railway Signaling or E/E Automation or Communication industry as an R&D engineer or Test engineer, and site engineer is a plus;

?Deployment including Design, R&D or Testing of at least 2 projects using Field bus or Industry Ethernet;

?Excellent communication skills in fluent oral and writing English, higher than CET 4;

?Good skills of using MS Office, such as WORD, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook.
