KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Providing administrative support for Regional Sales Managers for multiple territories by arranging appointments and preparing itinerary/schedules, answering / redirecting calls, responding to inquiries;

Arranging all travel and/or accommodations for Regional Sales Managers;

Coordinating and scheduling marketing events, meetings and presentations.

Processing co-op requests from the territories

Collecting and summarizing the sales operation report, assist to make yearly, monthly and daily business report;

Personally assisting sales team colleagues for expense claims, and other admin papers and works;

Manage daily administrative work in the department in cooperation with other Assistants in the department;

Other tasks delegated by regional manager.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

University degree in business, economics related discipline.

3+ years of experience or training as an Administrative assistant OR Sales assistant

Native Chinese language skills; Fluent English language skills preferred.

Solid communication skills and ability to interact with clients and all levels of management in a professional manner

Strong analytical and organization skills, and detail-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and knowledgeable in Power Point

Multi-task and prioritize time as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet timelines

Solid communication skills

Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

Strong organization skills

Good time management
