PURPOSE / MISSION:
Contribute to the performance of China eCommerce through efficient digital marketing activities
Establish engaging eMarketing campaigns to attract consumers and optimize both conversion and transformation rate
Support local eRetailing Team by implementing a digital strategy to reach sales objectives
Share its eMarketing experience (method, tools, metrics) within the marketing community
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify optimal consumer segment based on Flagship Store value proposition
Set-up eMarketing Plan (campaigns, SEM, SEO, Ad-banners)
Coordinate actions from X-marketing support team (product, trade, CRM, Social…)
Build traffic optimization campaign (social media, affiliate marketing)
Define and monitor business KPI’s
Provide activity reports to eBusiness Managers, sales and marketing managers
Organise training around eMarketing tools, analytics, SEM planning, and eMarketing methodology (RACE & SOSTEC)
Organise internal communication for the MKP program
Content of the Job:
Understand digital marketing and online sales strategies and operations
Knows how to drive traffic and how to measure success and failure of marketing operations
Experience & Qualifications:
-International experience
-eCommerce/eMarketing experience
-English is a must
-Knows how to reach/acquire/convert:engage consumers
-Tools: Taobao / Baidu expertise, google webmaster tools, tracking and reporting tools…
Competences:
-Training ability
-Good Communication skills
