2. Position Purpose/Objective (in broad terms describe what the job does and the expected end results)
? Lead, manage, and direct the operational execution of Order Fulfillment for China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
? Responsible for the performance management of staff to ensure satisfactory performance. Identify and provide coaching and developmental training as needed.
? Responsible and accountable for all customer services, planning activities, logistics operations including import & export, warehousing and distribution as the above locations.
? Responsible for the consistent and efficient operation of all Order Fulfillment work processes and systems within the locations.
? Responsible to be the focal point for resolving all Order Fulfillment issues for the demand originated from the locations and for the supply sourcing out of the locations. As well to coordinate with the appropriate regional Order Fulfillment Partner on issues within the region.
? Lead good governance cross functions to comply regulation requirements of Customs operations & privileges
? In conjunction with business and manufacturing leads, ensure implementation of best practices that lead to improving performance in:
? Value creation from Business Rules development and application
? Customer Satisfaction (FASD, CCIR metrics)
? Order Fulfillment Operational Cost to Serve (Staffing Cost, Freight/Warehouse Cost)
? Working Capital Cost to Serve (Inventory Turns/DOS/SMOG)

5. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES (list KEY activities, expected results and the ways results are measured)
1) Direct line management responsibility for OF teams in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong
? Manages optimization between group of planning and customer service to maximize services & working capital and group of logistics to optimize cost & expertise
? Aligns the OF team to regional Order Fulfillment and BU goals
? Eliminates barriers to improvement
? Increases productivity and operational cost to serve for Order Fulfillment functions
? Ensures that Most Effective OF Practices (within BPCS/SAP) are known and in routine use
? Makes sure ERP parameters are timely and properly maintained
? Maintains and reviews a range of OF performance measures to drive continuous improvement
? Responsible and accountable for execution against budget and participate in the annual budget setting process and manages optimal services vs. operational spending.
2) Customer satisfaction
? Ensures translation and implementation of business rules within OF processes and parameters to reflect BU strategy and service offerings
? Effectively coordinates with all areas of the supply chain and internal/external customers
? Analyzes and drives improvement in customer satisfaction metrics and escalates issues to appropriate function
? Oversees/delegate management of complaints/internal incidents for a BU and follows-up on corrective actions
? Participates in customer visits as appropriate
? Works with Supply Chain OF Improvement group to identify needs and implement as required
? Analyzes and drives improvement in customer satisfaction metrics (such as complaints, OTIF, FASD etc.) and escalates issues to appropriate function
? Responsible for accurate and timely price management within the BPCS/SAP system, and assistance with investigation and resolution of pricing disputes.
3) Inventory Management
? Optimizes inventory within locations in line with required service offerings
? Locally/regionally, as appropriate, manages the roll-up of SMOG and inventory target setting and tracking progress
? Manages stocking policy per global work process based on Logility capability, replenishment planning, and stocking policy development
6. JOB PROFILE
Education (describe level of education for this position indicating if Required or Preferred (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree, Ph.D., Law)
? University degree (preferred)
Experience (type and length of experience)
? Extensive 10 years+ in Planning and/or logistics and/or customer services and order fulfillment management.
? Knowledge in managing a zero accident environment, dangerous goods handling and health / environmental programs.
? 5 years+ experience in managing people from manager to shop floor staff.
? Familiar with Customs operations with ability to demonstrate understanding and balancing big picture concerns and day to day activities.
? Customs relations experience is strong preference in managing handbook privilege, good governance to comply regulation requirements for continuous manufacturing process.

? Overall leadership behavior skills with in-depth knowledgeable to support, coach and guide cross functional team.
? Ability to play subject matter expert role at the right auditing prototype.
