Responsibilites:

? Manages AIG Travel’s communications activities in the region, including operational brand management, internal employee communications, and external marketing communications.

? Responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive regional communications plan in support of the company’s strategic agenda and regional business plan.

? Assists with the creation of regional press releases and handles regional approval process.

? Aligns regional and local marketing strategies to enable consistency and continuity in global brand position and message.

? Serves as liaison between regional business partners and the global Assistance website team.

? Manages projects and assists in determining prioritization of initiatives in region.

? Manages the creation and distribution of promotional materials and advertisements.

? Develops communications content for a variety of media including websites, the intranet, newsletters, social media and printed collateral.

? Provides support as needed for external conferences, tradeshows and sponsorship opportunities

? Supports the development of sales presentations and marketing collateral.

? Provides support as needed to Strategic Accounts, including responses to tenders, client presentations, marketing recommendations, and plans.

? Drafts internal organizational announcements for the region including compliments and operational performance bulletins

? Ensures creative design, visual elements, and all brand attributes are in keeping with corporate brand guidelines.

? Collaborates with various units within the regional Consumer Marketing Tower and broader organization to ensure strategic and organizational alignment

? Prepares the annual budget consistent with and relevant to the regional communications plan

? Provides suggestions and leadership in internal staff motivation programs

Position Requirements

? 10+ years of communications experience

? Expertise in all facets of operational brand management, internal and external communications

? Working knowledge of the travel industry and travel product distribution

? Strong ability to plan and execute

? Skillful and accurate communicator in English

? Global perspective

? Multi-lingual (Mandarin) an advantage
