The Position

To take this job, you will be responsible for execution of project portfolio management within Shanghai Site, and collaborate with Risk Management & Business Continuity Management (RM & BCM) function and support each other as the backup, please refer to below details.
1. Quality and Compliance
Collaborate with site quality organization to ensure Right to Operate through compliance with all regulatory requirements applicable to the department, as well as to implement and apply the Roche Pharma Quality System.
2. Assist PMO （Site Portfolio Management Office) manger to set up, implement and continuously improve PMO governance and process.
3. Responsible for facilitating, instructing all project portfolio management related activities within shanghai site.
4. Responsible for continuously improving site PPM process, including building and improving prioritization model and resource allocation methodology
5. Responsible for setting up PPM expertise center, conducting knowledge sharing and lesson learned summary so as to transfer knowledge assets.

6. Responsible for periodic or non-periodic basic training plan and implementation about Project Portfolio Management within shanghai site. (e.g. PMCC tool 等)
7. Responsible for all project portfolio management activities tracing and routine summary report preparation（e.g. data collection, progress tracing, Monthly Report etc ）within shanghai site.
8. Responsible for collecting and maintaining PPM related data effectively.
9. Delivers accurate and timely portfolio management data to support portfolio review, problem shooting and decision making.
10. Responsible for PMO related documentation management.
11. Other assignment from PMO manager.
职位描述：
负责执行上海厂区相关项目规划管理，和负责风险管理/业务持续管理的同事紧密协作，并作为后备相互支持， 具体职责如下：
1. 和本地质量相关部门合作，确保所有操作满足所有质量法规要求, 执行并应用罗氏制药质量系统。
2. 协助综合项目管理部经理建立,推行并持续改进PMO管理政策和流程。
3. 负责上海厂区内部所有项目规划管理相关的推动和指导工作。
4. 负责持续改进工厂项目规划管理的流程，包括建立和改进优先级模型和资源分配方法。
5. 负责建立项目规划管理人才中心，进行经验分享和经验教训总结从转化为知识资产。
6. 负责上海厂区内部关于项目规划管理的定期或不定期的基础性培训的计划和执行(例如：PMCC工具等)。
7. 负责上海厂区项目规划管理相关所有工作的追踪和日常汇总报告的准备 (数据搜集，进度追踪，月度汇总报告等)。
8. 负责有效收集和维护项目管理的相关数据。
9. 准确和及时提供项目相关数据和信息以支持项目整体回顾，解决风险/问题和决策。
10.负责管理PMO相关文件。
11.其他PMO经理安排的工作。

4. Skillful about Microsoft Office Software
5. 3-5 years working experience in engineering functions within the pharmaceutical Industry, familiar with project management and at least 1~2 years’ experience in capital investment project management
