职位描述
Job Description :
- Lead QC team in the factory
- Arrange QC inspection and review the QC inspection report
- Track the production process, include in-line inspection
- Work with the factory’s QC department, production department,
engine department to find out the potential problem, track and solve the
problem in order to improve the product quality
- Assist Product Management team to inspect customer sales samples and third party testing samples
- Analyze the customer’s complaints and take corrective action.
- Assist supplier to develop new project and improve their production line
- Audit supplier’s quality system, include the quality inspection standard, production and control plan
- Summarize the factory’s quality issues and report to the Quality Control Manager
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years in quality control preferably in barbecue grills and metal wares
- Knowledge of quality standard and regulations for US and International markets
- Sound Knowledge of quality control techniques
- Solid experience in quality control inspection and testing
- Be proactive in identify production problem and be able to resolve problem
- Well-organized with strong leadership and management skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Stationed in China are required

- 负责管理QC小组
- 安排质量检查及审阅检查报告
- 跟进生产过程, 包括在线检查
- 负责从样品到量产整个生产过程的产品质量控制,与工厂的品管部, 生产部及工程部合作, 负责解决产品生产过程中所出现的质量问题, 处理品质异常及品质改善;
- 协助产品小组检测客户样办及第三方测试样办
- 产品的品质状况跟进, 处理客户投诉并提供解决措施;
- 指导外协厂的品质改善，分析与改良不良材料及改进生产线
- 审核供货商的质量系统
- 综合工厂的质量事宜及向上级汇报
- 须配合公司调派工作
要求
- 大专以上 / 机械/工业自动化相关专业学历
- 持有助理工程师证或以上
- 5年以上品质管控经验经验
- 对炭烤肉炉, 燃气烤炉需有认识
- 熟悉相关产品的生产加工及组装工艺
- 必须能听、说、读、写流利英语
