Key Accountabilities

• Ensuring all aspects for the a successful Kronos deployment are in place or planned in detail prior to and during the implementation phase
• Responsible for ensuring through the site PM site Resource Planning & Management (RP&M) deployment Plan is maintained and updated all plans are in line with Global and Regional Ops Standardization agenda.
• Responsible for consistent implementation across each assigned site within the Region to ensure each site within the programme scope has a standard DSC Kronos RP&M solution
• Ensure that all project resources are aligned to the delivery plan for the site and familiar with their responsibilities.
• Ensure that the Kronos T&A use is full and effective to enable activites and scheduler implementation
• Ensure all processes are correctly defined and standards are estabished. Ensure standards are set up in Scheduler and Activites modules.
• Manage Kronos to provide the required support throughout the implementation and organise or deliver the required system use training
• Along with site management and the PM plan effective training and communications for the site teams. Including Coaching for Performance deployment.
• Ensure site 'super user' has full training and has clarity regarding issue resolution and escalation processes. ? Define the needs for any Industrial Engineering, should this be needed to define or support the setting of target perfrmance/productivity levels.
• Incorporate Lessons Learnt from previous implementations or as advised from Region or Global into site deployment plans.
• Highlight any slippage or changes to the implementation plan or timescales to the PMO and Regional RP&M Implementation Manager, to ensure clarity and accracy within the Regional Plan.
• Ensure the site processes are tested end to end prior to hanover to the operation, from T&A, through planning to RP&M productivity monitoring.
• Enable the PMO to develop and contintuously maintain a risk management log and lessons learn log for the Regional RP&M programme (regional and local), by reporting issues and risks from live project via the site PM and the Programme PMO

Divisional Experience

• Strong operational background in the supply chain industry
• Experince in Performance Management, productivity and Industrial Engineering highly desirable

Functional Experience

• Experience working within supply chain operations is essential for this role
• Experience in a manufacturing/operational environment is needed
• Experience of cross functional working with operations and functions (IT/ Eng) across of various countries may be desirable in some Regions
• Experience of the RP&M Piloting in Region is desirable

Education / Qualification / Certification Requirements

• The role holder must be dynamic and goal orientated; enabling local teams to work accordingly to the regional plans
• The ability to influence without authority is required strongly / significantly in this role
• The role holder must act self initiative but understand the role as an integrated team role
• Experience is needed to collaborate with ops managers across all levels within a country
• Solid understanding of Industrial Engineering and IT
• Strong in Process understanding and LEAN approach
