工作职责：
1、负责公司日常来访客户的接待、登记、导引及电话转接；
2、负责会议室预订管理及会议室用品管理；
3、负责收发传真，传递公司内、外部文件，订阅及派发报纸杂志；
4、负责电信通讯方面的管理工作，包括办理相关业务、费用统计核实及相关费用的报销审核；
5、负责公司快递供应商服务的监督及快递费用的结算；
6、负责对公司信息公告栏信息的及时更新；
7、负责联系大厦租赁部和物业部；
8、外来客人临时用餐及费用管理；
9、负责办公室饮用水管理和车辆管理；
10、会议安排及客人行程安排；
11、负责办公室费用管理；
12、支持业务部门的后勤工作；
13、完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格
1、有前台接待工作经验者优先；
2、大专学历，文秘，英语，行政管理等相关专业；
3、能使用英语进行沟通交流；
4、熟练使用办公软件。
