职位描述
岗位职责：
1、对结构专业的工作给予必要的指导；
2、完成工程项目中的结构设计工作；
3、编写技术要求，检查设计及施工图纸；
4、熟悉所负责的设计项目的合同条款；
5、保证高效完成项目设计工作，及保证安全、可实施性及符合国内国际的设计规范；
6、与业主、政府管理部门、设计院等有关方面协调并向相关方提交计划；
7、给结构施工安装及维护方面提供专业建议；
8、在结构施工中协助项目管理部门工作；
9、协助进行材料、备件的选购工作；
10、完成领导安排的其它工作。
任职资格：
1、正规院校结构专业本科及以上学历；
2、具有甲级设计单位工作经验，全过程（方案、初设、施工图）参与过大型工程项目的结构专业设计；
3、熟悉规范，能胜任设计、校审等不同阶段的技术工作；
4、具有中级及以上专业技术职称，国家注册结构工程师优先考虑；
5、敬业、负责，具有良好的团队精神和职业道德；
6、具有丰富的专业知识和设计经验，能独立承担各类工程项目的结构专业设计工作；
7、有较强组织能力和沟通能力。
