概况：

该员工主要负责操作库存经销商日常运营相关业务及咨询；以及库存贷后业务数据、报表及业务系统管理。

岗位职责：

· 准确高效的经销商日常贷款维护和操作，为库存客户提供高品质的运营支持

· 提供关于贷后业务的日常申请、咨询和操作审批，提高客户满意度

· 库存业务系统设置及系统业务数据更新和维护

· 配合财务及公司相关部门完成库存贷后业务对账和相关报表制作

· 定期完成公司监管机构就库存经销商信贷业务情况的上报工作,确保上报的准确率和时效性

· 贷后审计报告初审及审计工作的后台跟进

· 经销商合同及运营相关申请材料的收集、登记和归档，确保业务的合规操作

· 完成上司安排的其他工作任务

岗位要求：

· 本科学历，财务金融专业优先

· 具有3年以上金融行业对公业务相关工作经验，熟悉汽车金融行业优先

· 良好中英文（书面/口头）表达能力

· 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

· 熟悉EXCEL & PPT基本技能

Position: Credit Officer，Floor Plan

Summary: The staff is responsible for dealers’ management including operational relevant business, reports, system operation and business consulting etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to dealers including vehicles stock management and operational related business.
• To offer daily consulting and improve DSI
• Be responsible for FP system setting up, system data update and maintenance
• To finish accounting check with FIN and other operational reports
• To finish PBOC upload regularly and improve the reporting quality
• Initial check of audit reports and follow up the auditing issues
• To record , collect and file dealers application material and make sure the operation is consistent with compliance
• To finish ad-hoc which supervisor assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree major in Finance is preferred
• Over 3 years working experience in finance and be familiar with auto-financing is preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication ability and team work spirit
• Advanced EXCEL and PPT skills
