Position: Product Development Senior Specialist

Summary: the incumbent is responsible for designing and developing auto finance product by cooperating with manufacture and other departments.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing customer needs and auto finance market in China, provide constructive recommendation to the company regarding to the manufacturer’s requirement for business development
• Identifying high-value business opportunities and helping to develop win-win solution for both parties.
• Assisting to develop and implement joint programs with car manufacturer under both parties agreement
• Collecting market information and conducting market analysis including product analysis, competitor analysis, sales analysis and so on.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above with a major in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related
• Around 5 years marketing experience in financial services industry, has financial products development experience.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, team-working and communication skills
• A high standard of personal integrity and decisiveness
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge and understanding of auto finance preferred

• 负责公司市场方面的情报收集、处理、分析等工作。包括竞争对手分析、产品分析、专营店销售情况汇总与分析

岗位要求

• 本科或本科以上金融、经济、数学或其他相关专业
• 金融行业市场营销5年左右工作经验者， 拥有金融产品相关开发经验
• 较强的分析技能和解决问题的能力
• 优秀的人际、团队合作和沟通能力
• 个人正直，并具有决断力
• 英文和中文流利（书面和口头的）
• 熟悉汽车金融业务的优先考虑
