We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-Support Head of Credit Services to overall manage the corporate loan team of SHH and other centralized branches.
-Make strategic decisions for the team and steer the team toward the directions expected by the Group
-Maintain overall control mechanism to ensure the end-to-end operation smooth, efficient and compliance
-Lead the key projects in Credit Services area to simplify, automate, migrate, and re-engineer processes for higher efficiency, better service and higher quality
-Inspire, engage and motivates team members and Maintain good relationship with various business partners

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state), preferably in finance, economics, legal
-Above 7 years solid working experience (including min. 3 years as team leader) in the field of corporate banking with solid banking knowledge, preferably with good exposure to credit services and operational risk control in general.
-Familiar with credit products, credit operational cycle, credit related processes, as well as credit related internal and external systems (i.e. HUB, PBOC CIS, SAFE UPRR, etc).
-Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst managing ambiguity, adhering to timelines and ensuring high quality of output
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and creative problem solving skills
-Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
-Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English with ability to present solution in a professional manner
