职位描述
Department: Integrated Distribution
Location: Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Chengdu
Scope of Role:
To acquire new credit card customers to achieve credit card NTB target; to work closely with Credit Card Sales channels (Online, Voice, Employee Banking channels etc.) to fulfill Credit Card applications, complete the sales fulfillment process, and achieve/ exceed sales conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
? To acquire new credit card customers to achieve credit card NTB target
? Follow up on the Online, Voice, Employee Banking and other departments/channels Credit Card sales referrals within the specified business time requirement agreed
? Have a solid knowledge of credit card product, application and fulfillment process and documentation required for collection
? Provide timely and quality services for all NTB and ETB customers
? Check the customer’s identity and completeness of every form and ensure it meets the Bank’s latest policy and requirement
? Submit customer’s application documents to bank’s service operation team in a timely and accurate manner
? Record the follow up status of each application and work with Team Manager for action items to drive better acquisition and referral conversion
? Stick to the CDD (Customer Due Diligences), Money Laundry Prevention (MLP), Compliance Risk Management (CRM) and Zero tolerance;
? Follow line manager’s time shifting arrangement if necessary
Selection Criteria:
? College Degree or above
? Relevant experience in banking experience is preferred
? Strong personal integrity with zero disciplinary record in any previous job
? Good credit appraisal and marketing skills with the ability to interpret financial information
? Optimistic, willing to work under high pressure
? Good communication and presentation skills
? Presentable, good personality with good business etiquette
