职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1、Plan and implement reward activities, such as performance management, salary review, bonus scheme and incentive programs in both regional and country levels;
2、Work closely with Corporate and HR Business Partners in all compensation & benefits matters;
3、Lead and participate in the analysis and development for solutions relating to HRIS and relating systems;
4、Analyze statistical data to identify and determine the causes of reward problems and develop recommendations for improvement;
5、Revamp and implement compensation & benefits policies and procedures that support company reward strategy and business agenda;
6、Review and develop Company salary structure, job banding and benefits provision to ensure the right balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff;
7、Lead the research and analysis of market data and competitor reward practices across different countries;
8、Support the business development in new countries.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in HRM or related disciplines;
2、7 years’ relevant C&B experience with at least 2 years in managerial roles in sizable or international companies a must; with regional exposure preferable;
3、Previous experience in formulating and implementing C&B programs including HRIS or relating systems;
4、Proven expertise in job banding and devising Company salary structure;
5、Knowledge of varying labour laws in Hong Kong and APAC region;
6、Proven ability to provide high quality independent analysis, conclusions and recommendations to senior management;
7、Flexibility, highly organized and able to handle multitasks;
8、Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
9、Good command of Chinese; native in Putonghua; and fluent in Cantonese an advantage;
10、Good command of English: minimum CET 6 (CET 8 or IELTS 7 preferred);
11、High proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint including Chinese word processing;
12、Occasionally travel to overseas countries required.
