KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES：
? On-site trainings for Top Customers and KA according to Sales defined agenda
? Internal trainings for new VET SR (“Expert” level) - VET SR COACHING on the field
? Internal trainings for current VET SR (weekly basis)
? Supporting “Area Salons” with SR (2x/P)
? Organizing Road Show in SH, BJ and GZ/SZ with National S&C (1x/Q)
? Supporting National VET Events and VET Associations with National S&C
? Sponsor local VET Events and VET Associations
? Supporting University activities with National S&C
? KOL Strategy with National S&C (defined KPI and working plan)
? Supporting CC in VET
Background Experience & Qualifications
？ Master degree or above, major in animal medicine or nutrition;
硕士以上学历，主修兽医学或动物营养学.
？ Good communication and interpersonal skills;
有耐心、善于倾听、有良好的沟通能力.
？ Fluent English skill both in speaking and writing, Good PC skills;
优良的英语口语与读写能力，熟悉使用MS Office应用软件.
？ Willing to travel and work under pressure.
能适应出差，能承受工作压力.
