l Implement and follow the general guidelines of corporate policies regarding purchasing and sourcing.
l Set up and improve local purchasing process and system.
l Annual purchasing budget preparing and implementation.
l Is responsible for sourcing and purchasing direct and indirect materials and services.
l Monitor the cost trend, lead time and quality to meet production plan and budget. .
l Initiate cost reduction plan to support company’s continuous margin improvement plan.
l Develop, manage and optimize supplier source and run periodical audit to suppliers.
l Team management to ensure that business ethics and code of conduct are followed and team members’ performance are maintained at satisfactory level.
l Market supply trend and information analysis and data analysis to management team for decision making.
l Perform other project tasks assigned by management team.
