Job Title: Purchasing Director
Report to: GM
Main Accountabilities
Strategy Sourcing
? Monitor market benchmark and make analysis for next step sourcing strategy planning.
? Monitor the newest direction of sourcing management and drive the continuous improvement for keeping high level of management performance.
? Implement cooperate purchasing strategies.
? Define the organization development, supplier development strategy and commodity sourcing strategy.
? Perform other tasks assigned by management team.
Sourcing Operation management
? Spend & Saving Plan development.
? Manage KPI performance
? Communicate with the customer to clear the needs and collect the feedback for sourcing works.
? Support for key projects.
? Monitor sourcing project status and solve project issues.
? Maintain the data, make analysis and report
? Monitor and report Operations' compliance
Process Management and improvement
? Set up and improve the purchasing system.
? Control the procurement activities.
? Communicate with internal departments to drive continuous improvement and keep good relationship.
? Work closely with different business side for Global Sourcing requirement Implement.
Team development
? Develop the organization to support the business development.
? Provide leadership and direction.
