ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Quality Control
- Management of QC testing instruments
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Organizes Quality Related Activities
- Adheres to The company's EHS policies and ethics.
- Trains and Coaches Technicians / Operators
- Other assignment(Support/assists in the implementation of ISO14001 when necessary.
Others as required by manager. )
- On-duty Responsibility
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-Bachelor Degree or above in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, or other similar area.(Chemical Process or Engineering is preferred.)
-10 years of prior experience in the Chemistry industry. And at least three years of Manager experience.
-Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey information in a clear, focused and concise manner.
-Fluency in both spoken and written English.
-Familiarity with Microsoft word and excel.
-Total Quality Management.
-Batch process control experience.
-Team player.
