Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain corporate Process Safety Management.
2. Maintain the process safety related procedures to meet the local and group’s requirements;
3. Define and execute Process Safety related training concepts and maintain exchange of information/best practice within the local organization;
4. Supervise and attend the RA/PHA (risk analysis/process hazard analysis) for new process, new projects, and provide the process safety guides;
5. Follow up the measures defined in the risk analysis, make sure all of measures are finished and signed before production;
6. Maintain the management of change (MOC), make sure all of the changes are covered in the safety assessment, all the measures defined in the safety assessment are finished in time;
7. Assist production in doing the pre-startup safety review (PSSR) as well as following up the actions defined after the PSSR;
8. Coordinate with the related departments, define the review plan of the RA/PHA of the existing process, and attend the review process as well as following up the action lists;
9. Be responsible for the management of the risk analysis document of all process;
10. Provide the process safety support and expertise for the other departments and the brother sites in china;

Requirements:
1. University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related;
2. At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the Production and/or EHS field.
3. Basic Chemica and/EHS knowledge.
4. Excellent analytical, organizational,communication and interpersonal skills. Excellentcommand of written and spoken English.
