职位描述:

1. 负责公司相关业务的市场推广、项目洽谈和客户联络工作；

2. 积极寻找并管理目标客户，促成项目合作；

3. 负责客户潜在项目的可行性调研；

4. 生成，制作并跟踪项目计划书及报价单；

5. 与客户就合同进行跟踪并谈判；

6. 跟踪客户对公司服务要求的变化，提供最及时的信息；

7. 协助公司其它部门与客户沟通，使公司业务顺利运作；

8. 根据客户需求制定、落实、开展培训计划；

9. 根据客户需求，丰富课程内容，设计课程结构，不断完善培训课程；

10.对客户培训效果进行检验和评估；

11.收集反馈客户的意见、建议，定时提交培训总结报告。

任职要求：

1. 性别不限：年龄35岁以下

2. 教育背景：本科及以上学历；医药专业背景或市场营销专业；海外留学生优先考虑

3. 工作经验： 有医药销售经验、临床试验相关工作经验或新药研发经历的优先考虑；

4. 技能技巧：善于学习，能快速了解掌握业务工作，良好的文字书写能力；熟练使用办公软件；英语的听说读写熟练

5.诚信开朗，积极主动，具有良好的职业道德；较好的交流、沟通和协调能力；抗压、抗挫折能力强；较强的独立工作能力,可适应短期出差。
