任职要求：
1、有三年以上大型房地产企业客户服务相关工作经验；
2、具有一定的战略眼光和高度，对客户服务工作有较深入的见解；
3、具有较强执行力，能够推动客服体系优化和实施客户关系维护措施；
4、有较强的沟通能力和耐心，对内对外能良好沟通；
5、本科及以上学历，专业不限。
岗位职责：
1、制定客服工作发展规划和年度工作计划，搭建和优化客服体系；
2、执行集团客户战略，制定客户维度考核机制；
3、制定客户关系管理相关程序和办法，并监控实施；
4、实施客户关系维护措施；
5、集团客服体系专业性提升和平台建设；
6、客户升级投诉的处理跟进，参与客户危机事件处理。
